It sounds like you have nutritional deficiencies, more than one. The hand shaking might be a symptom of magnesium deficiency. That is quite common among young people.
Magnesium strengthens muscles, calms nerves, stops cramps, and fights infections. Get epsom salt. It is cheap, five bux for a year's supply. Put a dose in a glass with water to cover and stir until it dissolves. Fill the glass with lemonade and drink it. You can take it without the lemonade but you won't like the taste. Milk of magnesia is more expensive but nicer tasting and gentler laxative action. Your choice.
The first line of defense against depression and anxiety is B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
Here's what I suggest. The shaking could be something as simple as low blood sugar. Drink a glass of orange juice because its healthy and has natural sugar and see if the shaking doesn't stop within 15 min. Or a soda with sugar or 2 or 3 pieces of candy. Juice is better!
Go to youtube and look up deep breathing relaxation or self-hypnosis. You can learn breathing techniques to calm and quiet yourself. I use it for dental appts. and pain control It works. The more you practice it the easier it becomes and it should be easy to do within 3 to 5 min. You learn to belly breathe instead of chest breathing. Lay down and lightly lay yor hands on your stomach. The inhale long and slowly through your nose and try to raise or push away your fingers. Get air down to your lower diaphragm. Exhale slowly through your mouth. Inhale again slowly through your nose push away your hands. Do this in sets of 3. Basically thats all you have to learn to start the process. You listen to the guided instructions on youtube and when brother has a melt down just breathe. Practice at bedtime and plug in your earphones and if you have a smartphone listen to the guided meditation and learn how to relax.
I wouldnt tell anyone because who knows how brother might handle it. As for the tinnitus there are a couple things that can be done so tell your mom you need a check up for the shaking which you do need to check out. Could be nothing but could be something like Parkinson's talk to the dr about your brothers screaming and if your mom doesn't listen to you maybe she'll listen to the dr. His screaming and throwing things sounds dangerous and like psychological problems and he shouldn't be allowed to run the entire household with fear. If he has anger issues or psychological issues the dr can suggest things.
Best of luck!
