How to stop child abuse?

*Introduce stricter laws in every country on Earth, banning parents (and teachers) from beating children.
*Require Kindergarten teachers and school teachers to report child abuse to the police.
*Talk with children about child abuse, and that they need to report to another adult if they're abused or see another child being abused.
