How to split rent if 2 people are in a 3 bedroom unit and one room is an office for 1 of them?

Is it split 1/3 as 1 person is using 2 bedrooms. Or do you split it another way seeing its still 1 person using kitchen, bathroom, living room etc?

*** If it was me I would divide the unit in 3 since the other person has 2 bed rooms.  That person would pay 2/3 of the rent since they have more space.   The other utilities I would divide in half.  Whatever you do, get in writing.  (a contract)
