I'm annoyed after trying to log in to Microsoft many times.
I tried to log in on Mon. within Edge, and the message showed that my account has some problem.
After I entered my pwd, many times, it kept saying that my pwd is wrong. But I never change my pwd.
Now it has locked my account so I should recover by authentication. HOWEVER, the message kept saying "We couldn't send the code".
I called the hotline and the phone was answered by a TALENTED AI that kept giving the wrong URL and hanging up.
Is there a solution for this situation? Or should I give up using any Microsoft service that has no useful customer support?
