How to sew a flag similar to the shape of the Czech flag?

I can't think of a way to sew fabric together that involves a triangle-shaped piece of fabric like the one in the Czech or Filipino flag. If you know what the shape of the cut-out piece of fabric has to be for each of the parts of the flag please help. Thanks

The triangle (or wedge as we call it in Czech) is suppossed to be heading right into the center of the flag, therefore you need to make the blue part half as wide as is the width of the flag. Then cut it accordingly so it's heading into the corners and you're there!
