How to set the alarm and base it against a real time clock??

Please rephrase your question because as it stands now i have no idea what you mean.

What clock? What do you mean "real" clock?

Time clock is something you check in and out on at work why would you be using a time clock?

Clock – crystal that vibrates are counted by the counters and they are reduced to a 1Hz frequency, the frequency can be used to control the clock itself for the display output – the two capacitors feed into the microcontroller - How to set the alarm and base it against a real time clock???
