I have a met company CEO through my uncle, he is my uncles relative. he told to forward my resume to his email, now i have a doubt what should be Subject line so that he can quickly remember who am i and what should be the body of the email for requesting a job in a good manner?

Make sure your email is written professionally before anything. You can make the subject something like; example "Engineering position with info-tech" Start with dear, "his name".
