I have an Italian deposit certificate from a deceased great-uncle of mine. It is entirely in Italian and dated 1911. It says it is a certificate of deposites for the Cassa di Risparmio delle Provincie Milan. It has a wax stamp with the Italian Central Charity Commission logo for authentification. There is a Blue cover to the document that is in the form of an 8x11 inch booklet. The first page has the rules of agreement to making deposites and general outlines of the savings account. The center two pages is details of recorded deposits (e.g. dates, amounts, etc.). the last page is for withdrawal records. The amounts are all in Lire. How do I find out if these deposits are still collecting interest or what happened to them anything. Also how to go about getting the funds, if any, into possesion. what is this document and is it a record any current value. any clues, advise and or information is greatly appreciated. there are various deposits recorded starting from 1911 with the last one dating in the 1930's.
