I was removing Tar on my kitchen's window. but it was very difficult for me still there's Tar left on the windows please advice what should I do.

An industrial solvent might work, but if you don't want to risk wrecking your windowsills or hurting yourself, I'd recommend mopping it with boiling hot soapy water followed quickly by a Brill pad. The heat might soften the tar enough to remove it.
