Some of photos and files deleted permanently from my S6 last month, And now I want to recover all of them. How to deal with this?

You can't, they've been permanently deleted. This means that not only have the files been removed from the system but they've also been wiped from the cache. It may be possibe to recover the data but this was last month, as you said, and by now the area where the original data was held will have been overwritten many many times. That is assuming that it wouldn't have been overwritten as soon as it was deleted (a diskwipe removal) which is usual on phones as space is at a premium. Sorry to say it but you've lost that data forever. It is unrecoverable.
if you have not backed up them on any other places, maybe they are deleted permanetly. However you could try some third-party software might help you, find them at softonic or download.cnet.com. maybe you will find one. I only used iFonemate to restore my photos, but it is only for iOS devices.
If you have backed up the data before, you can recover them from iTunes or iCloud. If not, you can use a data recovery tool. If the data still is not be wiped out thoughoutly,
those software can recover it. You can try those providing free trial like FonePaw iPhone Data Recovery to see if they can scan out the data. Then you can decide to use it to recover.
