I have 54 credits with AI of Pittsburgh online division. I owe the school 4500 they won't let me re-enroll until I commit to 10% for 10 months which is 450.00 a month. This is just ridiculous, don't get me wrong I know this is my fault but I am willing to pay just something that works more with my income. What else can I do? I want to finish my degree?

there are some loans you can get that might help with paying the bill stafford loan and the college state loan i don't know if you applied for any of theses or not there is also some grants all over the web you can apply for lots and lots of grant application you may qualify for
Maybe you should see about getting a student loan it could help pay off some of your old bill while helping you out with current payments but I will say this about student loans if your not good at paying stuff of or paying back things (and I am I never pay anything on time I'm like a giant kid when it comes to money I'm terrible) but anyway as long as you pay back the student loan it should be fine even if it's $10/$20 a month if you don't eventually down the road student loan will find you if you owe money they will take your income tax if that's not enough they can dock your pay check from work but before they do that they give you a chance to make payments and stuff but be careful and good luck I also know a girl who got a cleaning job at the local collage and since she works there she can go to school their for free so hope it works out for you good luck
Student loan .....or bank loan. Perhaps. However: I would also ask myself if that B.A. is worth going for. Indeed, if it is in something like commerce or science or some such, maybe. If it has to do with such as English studies or "Liberal Arts", then you are wasting your time, your energy...and your money for pretty much zero at the other end.
