Okay so I'm 16 (please dont say you're not done growing blah blah blah) and I love my upper body, I have a flat stomach and a nice waist but; my lower body could use more help. I'm about 5'1 and I have skinny legs okay, and it doesn't really look good. It's not like they're extremely skinny but I'd like more meat on them. I don't want to work out at all, mainly because I'm just too busy with school that's about to start, and babysitting, I just have to much to do I would rather not work out. Is there any foods that will at least make my thighs thicker? ANY foods, and also my butt needs work too i really want to make it bigger too, and since I have a fast metabolism it doesn't stay it burns off, so any help will be appreciated. I have when thick girls complaint about wanting to be skinny, love your curves it's not that fun being petite.
