Guys, it really is painful and embarrassing to not know how to pronounce the r. The way I say is just make my tongue lay down. That's because i can't change my way, i can't crawl it back. Please please help.

OK, that is not helpful, Sorry. Here I have found a site which will help you. There is a lesson on this topic with audio. It even tells you what to do with your mouth! You have no choice but to practice saying it. You need to hear and speak with somebody to help you get the hang of it. Since a real human being would cause embarrassment, use this pretend one instead:
