i wish to know whether there is a tact to handle stress when you have to perform multi-tasks including projects,etc.( Usually i get struck down by anyone's comment too easily and switch off my mood very soon I feel no one's bothered regarding me else love to taunt me tease me at the very best.I feel that everyone reckons of me to be very bad,proudy and arrogant and this thing is making me to become sensitive towards everything especially anger...plz help me to sort out a remedy for this
