I'm not sure what's wrong with me these days. I'm an easy going guy, and I like having my friends around me but I don't think I like school anymore. I am 17 and I have just began to experience stress. Its either an acute stress, which is a short-term source of stress—for example, an upcoming deadline. Sometimes acute stress can be helpful. It might motivate you to create your best work or meet an ambitious deadline.

its a chronic stressor (stress), which is caring for someone who is ill. Chronic stress is persistent and can lead to long-lasting and serious health problems. I don't know which one I have. I'm stressing about school. I have a deadline for a book I'm reading. Frankenstein. I don't know where to find it!
