Well make sure you're a gentlemen to her before you try to do anything. You could hug her a lot, sit by her at lunch, complement her, cheer her up when she's sad. And if you want her to kiss you, well why you are alone talking to her, spend some time just staring at her lips. She'll eventually get the idea. But if she doeesn't kiss you or is afraid to, you go for it. But make sure she feels the same way, as you feel about her first.
Well the you probably shouldn't kiss her if hugging is going too far...

Okay I am eleven in middle school I know exactly what you should do. First, if you guys aren't already close friends try to become friends it will benefit you. Now don't become to close because then you'll stay in the friend zone forever. Invite her to hang out somewhere like a school park somewhere private so no one will get cold feet. Walk slowly don't go to fast. Then invite her to sit somewhere like a bench or something. Don't rush right into a kiss because then she will feel weird and want to leave. Start a conversation then towards the end start using jokes about kissing, not jokebook things like playful banter. Then lean in not to far or it will be obvious. Which will make you look very desperate. After or before the kiss (after is better) express how much you've loved her. This is exactly what my boyfriend and it totally worked ;) good luck

If you want her to kiss you or you kiss her then you need to first get to know her, become friends. The whole idea that someone that doesn’t even know you will want to kiss you is absurd. Become friends, comfort her when she’s sad, compliment her , but not all the time, make a few well-timed puns
