First of all, you shouldn't start off with high-end kind of games like Assassin's Creed, GTA, Hitman etc. I recommend you to learn "Scratch" first, which is an easy program to learn basic games, then "RPG Maker VX Ace" to make your own basic RPG game without dealing with coding, then Java which can take some time to learn, then continue with Unity Web Player to begin some 3D stuff and master your way to C++.

these games are made by a hundreds of skilled people at a long period of time(4-5 years)
so you can not make a game like that by yourself
BUT if you are enthusiastic enough you can learn any of the skills (like programing, modling, drawing concept art, etc) that are needed for making a game and become one of those people
