How to make mew appear in Pokemon x and catch it only for Pokemon x

Mew can't appear in Pokemon X or Y. You can get Mewtwo though. In Pokemon X, if you catch it you will get Mega Mewtwo X. If You get Mega Mewtwo Y. Mew is not obtainable unless you do the monthly mythical pokemon. He is in Febuary You can also receive them in wonder trade.
