I have noticed any time I do lungs and run I start to build. Last year I started playing softball and gained 15 pounds which I didn't get at all. Most people if they do sports it makes them tend to lose weight. Also this year I joined cheerleading and run about a mile a day. Since then I cant fit in my jeans anymore ): . My cafes also build to. If you have any ideas id really appreciate if you can help me out.
