Drink ALOT of water. Eat ALOT of salad. I lost 10 pounds eating just large salads without the dressing, just olive oil, chopped carrots and chopped mushrooms. Dont much else besides salad, low calorie popsicles help ed my cravings. They were sugar free and 15 cal. Smoothies get rid of craving, natural fruit smoothies with no added sugar. Small spoon fulls of peanut butter help cravings too, pb is high in cal so be careful. Some things you could try would be , breakfast: instead of cereal , chop fruit such a cantelope or apples and soymilk/coconut milk. Lunch: salad with olive oil , Mrs. Dash (substitute for any dressings) and any other vegetables (ad much salad ad you want) ,dinner: any green vegetables or salad. Popsicles and water between meals. Your excersizing and i just rum once e week so you should see better results. My results happened in almost two-three weeks so it should work. Vitamins keep you from binging , getting week and so on.
