I go to Italy for my birthday in 8 weeks time. I have some belly fat to lose and I am really self-conscious about it. I'm not bothered about scale-weight but I want to look and feel visibly slimmer. I'm exercising for roughly an hour 3 times a week but my diet is the issue. Anyone have any tips? Ways to stop hunger pangs? Cravings? Healthy snacks, how to reduce calorie intake?
