Previously, I worked on an e-commerce project and received many customer queries. There was a primary bot installed for answering a few queries, which improved customer satisfaction and reduced support tickets tremendously.

As an instance, I connected a chatbot using Dialog Flow to a real estate manager’s property site and incorporated the function whereby the users can search and locate the properties via the chat box. This aspect brings the required dynamism to an otherwise dead website and improves its functionality.

Today, when designing websites, the feature of chatbots is no longer an option. It enhances the user experience and, while at it, ensures that there is active interaction, which in the long run increases sales.
