I don't really know how to learn this language. I understand it is a hard language to learn, but I do have determination. Does anybody have any suggestions on learning Japanese fluently?

Japanese is not a hard language as many people think it is. I don't know about the writing, but learning the words and speaking is pretty easy. I am not fluent in Japanese but I know basic words and very simple sentences simply by listening to 'animes' in Japanese (of course) with English subs.
Have you ever wondered how babies acquire a language without specifically being taught the language? Well, it's very simple: They listen. They never learn grammar or any of the language's rules. All they do is listen.
It's the same with learning a new language. You should listen to common everyday conversations. You can also watch Japanese animes with English subtitles (like I mentioned before) as a starting point. You can also watch lessons on Youtube to learn new words or phrases. And practise using whatever you learned whenever possible. It's true you will make mistakes, but without making them you won't learn.
I hope this was helpful,

Good luck!
Glad it helped ^^
Thank you very much! Actually anime uses more complex Japanese, but I'm going to try to watch some Japanese T.V. instead! Again thank you so much for your encouragement and help!
