My uncle(dad's brother) and his eldest son (1/6) have totally infiltrated the second floor of our house (total 3 floors) when they decided to come work here
The company he work at provides him with money for accommodation but he refuses to use it and sends it to his family back home. His son also works.
My dad is a doctor, in his late 50's and he lives alone except for when we come visit him during holidays, and he says he has a hard time coping with him (my uncle is very lazy and just sits around all day expecting my dad to serve him), but doesn't know how to tell him to leave
He's been living in our house for the past 12 month's, and when we're away, he books tickets for my cousin's and his wife(who is my mum's sister) to come over and spend their holidays here, making it even harder for my dad.
Like I mentioned above, he's completely taken over the second floor, and when we come visit, all 6 of us are stuck on the top floor which only consist of 2 rooms
I do respect my uncle, but none of us have found a solution as to how to tell him to leave. My mum refuses to tell her sister, and my dad has told his other siblings to tell him but to no avail.
How to kick uncle out of house?

Print out a personal "notice of eviction" and tape it all over the second floor, ha ha.
Or you know, have dinner with your uncle and your parents and bring up the topic. Tell your uncle you need to use the space he's occupying and that you can help him find a place to rent OR help him move to another more convenient part of the house. But make sure you and your family look up possible places for him to go to before you confront him so you can be like "hey we read about his cheap place you can stay at maybe you can check it out" instead of "idk where you can stay just gtfo".
