I have Ben hopping from iOS to iOS like win7 to 8 to Ubuntu to Kali and now I can't do anything with the computer what happens when I turn it ion is I get the hp logo then a little - in the top left corner and nothing else so I went and got a windows 7 disk from the manufacturer then it tells me remove disks or other media press any key to restart so I did and nothing happens I removed the disk and nothing hapens

Did you install the OS on partitions or did you install one, reformat the HD and install another OR do you keep the various OS on seperate HDs and run them through the same mainboard? It doesn't really matter because you'll still need to reformat your HD(s) and do a raw install from scratch. You can reformat them by hooking them up to any other PC device and doing it through that.
If you don't know how to do a raw install (of any OS) there are lots of websites that will walk you through it.
Fyi... iOS is just for apple computers not PC computers.
