I have just recently failed both my reading and writing end of year exam. I am more concerned about my reading test, as I have no clue on where to start to improve my comprehension skills. I am currently doing another example test but I doubt I will do any better. I need to find other ways to improve them rather than just doing example test over and over. Please help me

Don't rush it. Take the full time to read through the page before going on to the questions. Skim over it once, then go over it in a bit more detail and then have a look at the questions. Then read through it once more and you should have a good understanding of what's going on then.
It's about attention to detail. For example, a common question / answers section might be:
Q: 'Linda has a black cat, and a white cat.'
Choose one of the following:
1) Linda has one cat
2) Linda has a black and white cat.
3) Linda has two cats.
3) Linda has a black cat, and a white dog.
The correct answer here is number 3. However it would be easy to choose number 2, if you were rushing and not reading through the answers properly.
It depends on how much time you have before the next exam, but ultimately the best way to improve on your English skills, no matter what kind of test is simply to read more books. I used to hate reading. Absolutely hated it, I think mainly because my school used it as a punishment instead of having treats etc.
I then received a book for my birthday which was about a boy and his dog, which at the time was very appropriate as we'd also recently gotten a dog.
I read that book at night, every night for a couple of weeks. After that I got a few more books and over time my English grades became better and better through nothing but reading.
Good luck, I hope this helps a little.
Phil.
