How to I get rid of my bloated stomache? I don't drink soda or eat bad food so That is not a reason. I excercise often and I am in fairly good shape except for my bloated stomache (I even have abs if I tighten my stomache). Sometimes in the morning right when I wake up I won't be bloated but then throughout the day my stomache swells up again. I used to think that my bloatedness was caused by my allergies (I'm lactose intolerant and allergic to wheat) however I haven't had anything with either of those things for years yet im still bloated. I don't eat much sugar, most of the sugar I get comes from fruits. I have searched everything but none of the answers seem to apply to me since I eat fairly well. If I have wheat I get constipated and that causes bloating but without eating it I go to the bathroom everyday yet my stomache is still bloated. Please help!
