I have a sport competition tomorrow and some more later on and my left foot has started hurting. I can't stand on my tippy toes or run without it hurting. The part that's hurting is the back, squishy part of the foot. What do I do to heal it?

I'm not sure how to help if you need it healed so soon, but I would suggest wrapping it tightly with ace bandages and tight socks if it's not better in time and you really don't want to miss your competition. However, this can either go well or have devastating effects. I did this to my knee for an entire volleyball season and ended up tearing a muscle. Be warned that jury-rigging your body can be horrible and should only happen when absolutely worth the risk!
