Well i'm 11 and i have a girlfriend named Maia. She's Beautiful and I love her a lot (And I mean A LOT) We've had this relationship going for about 3-4 Months. I really want to kiss her, but im kinda shy so ya. I don't want any jokes.

Well, first, isn't 11 kind of young? How old is she?
But if your set on it, here is what you do.
If you can date, take her on a few, and then 1 night, after the date is over, give her a small kiss on the cheek, see how she responds. If she does not like it, just wait, or if she responds good, she might take the step, and kiss you.
If all that happens is you kiss her on the cheek, and nothing else happens, then the next time you take her out, and take her home, give her a real kiss. (Not too long) and then say goodnight.

You are only 11 so you don't need to rush into any kisses yet. What is that? 5th grade? 6th? Take your time. If it is meant to be it will come naturally -- later on. If you have to ask about it then you aren't ready yet. Don't mess up what you have by trying to rush into things you are not ready for yet.
On another note, your girlfriend probably doesn't want her name published on the web.
Keep being a good friend and let things happen on their own time when you are both older. Enjoy what you have now. Be the best person you can be and treat her with the respect she deserves. She will appreciate it.
