How to get your brother to listen the first time?

Hi,
My brother is 11 years of age and he is pretty fun to hang out with but sometimes he does not listen. You have to tell him numerous times to listen, and most of the time you have to yell. I do not like yelling. I was wondering if you guys had any tips on how to get him to listen the first time?

thats a fazz they go through more at that age does he have a attention issue  or something that would cause it sounds like he may have adhd or another problem that could cause this try taking him by the hand to get his attention as what you want him to do
