My mom PROMISED me she would quit smoking. She did for a little while, then I caught her once. We have a balcony so she can go out and "use her iPad" or "text" but one time I caught her sneaking one. That wasn't the last. Now every time she goes outside, I catch her smoking. How do I get her to quit? If I threw the cigarettes away she would just wast her money on more. Thats the last thing we need with the amount of money we have :(
