I'm having a huge problem with fruit flies. I left my window open with some fruit out while I was away and when I came back there must have been 50+ of them. To start, I was told boiling vinegar would kill them but it didn't do anything but make me feel sick, then I left a pot of vinegar out to attract them then attempted to kill them with deodrant which didn't work. Then I made a trap with a glass of beer with tiny holes in, this killed a few but not enough. Then I started using my vaccuum cleaner which worked amazing but I can't get them all! I kill tens of them, and can't see any more, then I leave for a while and suddenly boom there's more of them. When I use the vaccuum I search for a good 30 mins to an hour, and end up not finding any. I've also cleaned all of my sides and anywhere that they seem to go to. And have taken out the trash 3 times in the past 2 days to make sure they'e not going for that. I'm having a serious problem with these flies, does anyone have any advice?
