I'm going on a long holiday in 4 weeks but I'm really self-conscious of my back acne. I have tried so many things, taking dairy out of my diet, taking sugar out of my diet, using creams with benzoyl peroxide. I even went on a pill prescribed by my GP but I had a terrible reaction to it, breaking out in hives. Some things that I've tried had short-term effects but nothing seems to last! Please help I really don't know what to do

I use to dream of a smooth back and had given up on the dream for myself. A few years ago I started making my own body washes & scrubs. Now I'm a skin pampering fanatic who makes and sells natural body product. You need to use a natural cleanser with jojoba, tea tree oil, and lavender! All will help calm and clear skin. Don't use abrasive products because this can irritate sensitive breakouts. Usually breakouts have A LOT to do with dead skin cells. Get yourself a long handled cleansing tool for showers. A long lightly exfoliating cloth is great and you can use both arms to pull the cloth back and forth to clean your entire back. Keep your hair off your back in case it's your conditioner.
