I'm in cheer and I don't have the best hurdlers. I don't get it. I have like, at least a foot in oversplits but when I do a hurdler I cant get my leg high enough. Whenever I do hurdlers I see the other cheerleaders with their leg close to their face aand mine is straight with my hips. I stretch a lot but my leg doesn't go up. It makes me self conscious with my jumps.
