I have panic attacks. How to get over them? Like, what do I need to do in order not to know when I have one?
Take in deep breaths when you are doing them you do in 2 3 4 hold 2 3 4 out 2 3 4 them you should not be scared. Also you can do is build something etc. that will take your mind of it and you can chew gum do puzzles etc.
