I've stayed up till 4 am for almost all of spring break (1 week long), and it Sunday night now, and I can not go to sleep!! I've tried several times and I still can't sleep.

you might try some melotonin it comes in various milograms tablet try them and see if you can get back on your sleep schedule it might take a couple of days taking them but it should get you back on schedule then once you do you might not need them any more but its a good thing to get started on
