if the twitter account is yours/someone's account or it is registered with your number or that person is in your following list then i can help you...!
first you need to access internet -> go to twitter official website log in-> click on profile & setting-> click mobile option ->select tweet alerts,announcement from twitter- click save changes. then tweets alerts will come. hope this will help you
