I am working on that idea more than 1 year. I need about 1150000 EUR for 2 years to pay salaries to my team (10 people). There will be from ~50000 to 200000 EUR regular monthly income after 2 years. It is IT project - new kind of social network.

If you don't have time to present your plan to potential investors, and if you don't have time to go to the bank and make a presentation for a loan, then you don't have time to operate a business. In order to find these people you must go out and talk to everyone. Literally, everyone. Friends, family, strangers, old business partners, old colleagues...everyone and anyone that knows other people.
Like I said, though. It doesn't matter if you find them; if you can't prepare a presentation, then you won't be able to get the money or take off.
