Ask her for a date(being romantic & acting little funner & cool,i hope she may agree if she is not extremely shye or proudy, for a one date with u),if she agree,take her for a romantic movie,or romantic place such as beach(if it is not crowed),or a unique(intresting) place where nobody usally to come.At that time catch her hand,she may her self come close to u for the kiss, So then go ahead & kiss her.(plane that before or u may act wierd in front of her)

Walk up to her and ask if she wants to hang out sonetime and get her to like you then when you two are alone and talking lean in and if shes ready she will lean in too and there you go a kiss!XD :) hope this helped!
