Umm, ok so, that part you about kissing her, sorry, but probably won't happen, (Just because of your guys' parents, age, ect.) But you can start slow, start hanging more out with her, always look her in the eyes, so she knows your paying attention, just let her know that both your guys' feelings are mutual.
