it's a folder named 'ne' inside my downloads folder and the only thing inside it(ne) is a file called 'desktop' and it's a configuration file. I used the windows process explorer to find out that its being used by explorer.exe
the thing is, the normal desktop conf file is on my desktop(usually hidden) and that folder&file has been there since my computer crashed and deleted all my files.
how to i get rid of it?
