Assuming all the numbers have 6 decimals digits and must be converter then:
1.- On a cell outside the range of numbers to convert write 1000000 (a 1 follow by 6 zero)
If it was 3 decimals digits then the number will be a 1 follow by 3 zeros - Hint a zero for each digit to convert.
For the example we will assume the number 1000000 was written on cell G1
2.- Select cell G1, and
ö press at the same time <ctrl> <C> or
ö right click and choose Copy from the list of options
3.- Select all the cells to be converter
4.- Right click and choose "PASTE SPECIAL".
5.- From the popup windows look for OPERATION section and select MULTIPLY
6.- Click the OK button
This will automatic convert all the cells selected to a integer number with 6 digits without decimals.
7.- Delete the value on cell G1
For the decimals, select the range of cells and format it to have 2 decimals.
HINT: use a copy of the workbook, in case you mess it up.
