How to control my anger?

Most emotions are learned habits, and you can control them by learning new habits. Take acting classes.

We all get angry at times. However to control it, you need to be aware of the triggers, and work to solve them.
Ask yourself: How often do you get angry? How bad does your anger get? With whom are you most likely to get angry?

Some people prefer anger over peace however, since you seem to want a solution to the problem, why not solve it with a positive rather then a negative solution.

Here's a thought: Proverbs 26:20: “Where there is no wood, the fire goes out.”
Proverbs 15:1: “A mild answer turns away rage, but a harsh word stirs up anger.”

The Bible offers positive solutions to many problems, if we choose to read it.

One young person who applied this to their own life said, “You can’t always control how a situation makes you feel,” says 15-year-old Sara, “but you can control how you express your feelings. You don’t have to explode.”

The Bible says: “The one slow to anger is better than a mighty man, and the one controlling his temper than one conquering a city.”—Proverbs 16:32.

Another young person said, “Taking a few deep breaths allows me time to think before I react in a way I’ll later regret. Getting angry never really solves anything. In fact, it can make things worse.”—Erik.
