HOW to contact her?

I know that I've already posted a question similiar to this but there I asked if I even SHOULD contact her... (read the question from here: http://www.question.com/385167/)


Well I have thought about this for some time now and I really think that I should contact her (as she's not a celeb, I might even have a chance) but the only way to contact her (as far as I know) is trought twitter. But if I send a message there, basically everybody will see it... and private messages aren't possible 'cause she's not following me. So HOW should I contact her trought twitter, so that she would even take time to read my message and reply to it? Like, how should I start the message, what should I write there, etc, etc.... (any help would be appreciated as I really need help with this 'cause I have never "met" a girl trought online...(it would have been lot easier to me if I had already known her))

well you can start by saying you have thought about this for a long time and you would like to know if she would like to hang out sometime this is the only way to write you could you please take the time to read my message and respond timely if you can just be upfront and to the point what you would like to do.
