We are having a mini-project at school, where we have to compliment each of our classmates, and those compliments will be anonymously given to them, something to look back upon on a sad day. The thing is, I only know a couple of them and not even that well. I am really stressed, because I haven't the slightest idea of what to write to any of them. And the compliments can't be too brief, either. Something like 'You are kind' or 'You are cool' won't do. And I have to submit the thing in about an hour. Everyone is about fourteen, if that helps.

*** Focus on what you appreciate in others and compliment them. Of course, be genuine, and avoid empty flattery. “If you look for things to compliment people on, you will find them in abundance,” Author Les Donaldson says in his book Conversational Magic
From this point on observe the person discreetly.
For example you can compliment on:
1) Dress (appearance)
2) Personality
3) If you know a disturbing situation and the person carry there selves’ well compliment on how they handle themselves.
4) Speech
5) Personality
