How to compile a compendium?

i have an idea for a book
i want to compile my own dictionary/compendium of sorts

i want to be able to enter a set of data into a form
and have that data transfer to, and appear, as a new page with the same formatting
as opposed to generating each page brand new - copying and pasting
i also want to be able to add data in more than one language

i've forgotten everything i know about HTML from years ago
and i've taken a look at CSS but i can't make heads or tales of it

how can i do this?
