Diamonds are pretty effing resilient. You could wash them with almost anything, and they will be fine. One important thing is that gold doesnt tarnish. If it ever tarnishes, corrodes, rusts, changes color, its fake. So you shouldnt ever need to polish gold. Silver on the other hand tarnishes very easily. It oxidizes with the air and changes to a rainbow irredescent color. I think its pretty when it does that. After turning irredescent, it will eventually darken and turn black. They sell special polishes for that. Never use an abrasive on metal rings though, because it will wear away the metal (gold and silver are very soft. I hope this helps.
try hydrogen peroxide diluted in a bowl this will help get a toothbrush that you only use for cleaning your ring thats the only thing you use it to clean it with this will help with its shine and polishing it will look brand new it bubbles up this helps in the cleaning proccess as you go but use it anytime you need to clean it
Hello,
There are lots of ways to clean your Diamond ring but the one I am going to explain is most simple one.Anyone can use this trick.
The best way to clean your ring is to make a solution with warm water (almost hot) and dishwashing soap. Soak your ring for about 20 to 40 minutes, gently brush the stone with a very soft toothbrush, and then rinse under warm running water. If needed, repeat.
I hope you like my answer.
Thankyou
