+Round face shape:
Round faces are full of curves, with height and width in equal proportion. Round faces need to be 'stretched' to appear longer or taller, so angular, narrow frames are recommended. Sharp angles and straight lines give these faces the necessary edge. Aviators, with their straight-line top, also work well for this group.
+Square face shape:
Square faces are characterized by a square jawline and a broad forehead. Rounded frames soften the angles and bring out the best in square faces. You should also work with frames that are wider than they are tall-wider than the widest part of the face.
+Oval face shape:
The most versatile of the four basic shapes, oval faces can wear almost any style as long as it is sized proportionally. Aim for styles that are as wide as the widest part of the face, including wraparounds and shields. Oval faces also benefit from sunwear that is symmetrical top-to-bottom, whether that means a round, square or rectangle shaped frame.
+Heart face shape:
High, wide cheekbones that taper toward the chin characterize a heart-shaped face. Look for frames that are wider at the bottom and have lowered temples. To add width below the eyes, try frames with rounded tops and more squared-off bottoms.
