Ok, so my height is 173 and my weight 68 kg. Its quite normal according to the BMI calculations, but I want to get slim and after that, develop an athletic body. Also, I really wanted to join a gym but I don't have much time for it in my schedule and neither do I have any gym equipments at home. Can you guys please suggest some cardio(or any other) exercises which are quite easy to do but are possible at home AND yield good results in a short period of time. Also, could you guys suggest some vegetarian fat burning foods and tips so that I can lose my weight in the least possible time. And also some extra tips you guys might think will be useful. Thanks..:)

3500 calories is the equivalent of one pound of fat. Theoretically, if you burned 3500 calories per day; you could lose 30 pounds in one month. In theory of course.
Most people are successful losing 2 to 4 pounds a month by simple exercise and eating within a caloric range to burn fat and tone.
