How to become friends with him ?

So I'm in love with one guy from my school. He's older and the problem is that we never talked to each other, I see him maybe twice per week in school and I don't know how to become friend with him. It's just seems weird to me to start talking to him or write him on facebook or something just like that (like my friends recommended me) when we barely know each other. I really don't know what to do. Please just don't tell me how can I love him when I don't know him very well. I just do, so can you please give me some advices ? I would really appreciate it.

Hey there im 13 and i know what your talking about just add him on facebook and just be like hey whats up or like when your friends are talking to him go over and be like hey whats up? but i would reconmend writing him on facebook be like whats up and he should be like nm wbu ? just be like wanna play 20 questions ask questions like what you favorite color ? what you r favorite name brands? whats your favorite movie ? justy anything and then wait till he asks oh do you like me? then thats when you can tell him or you can be like rate me ? just be yoursrlf i really hope this helps you cause tis helps me.{Amanda}

You can give him once a compliment for a really nice sweater when he walks by and then, when you see him again, you can say 'Hi' and smile. After a while you can ask him something or say something to him.

Well, you could join a club that he goes to, or become friendly with one of his friends. I mean I'm not saying change your personality for a guy but try to blend in with his crowd.

you can love him anytime any where but what you really wanna do is text him or write him on face book let me know you want to be friends and when you both can set down and talk about things your interested in as far as family or friends or school what ever comes to mind it might be a great thing to start in a text or messaging on facebook  it might just set it off in a good kinda way
