i think thats just like saying you have to take on that addutude before it can happen just look at it in a way to over come your fears and look at them in a way of becoming a new you that means being friendly putting the negative away for good and restoring who you really want to be in a more positive enviroment you can become all of theses things without help you basically have to say you can do it its much more positively able to happen and you have nobody telling you it can't happen it might take a while to achieve this balance it won't happen over night but it can happen
